What is On-line Learning ?

Intercept Group is also expanding the Learning Support services we offer our Students. Frequently Asked Questions

What measures are in place to identify attempts to cheat the E-Learning system ?

The system has many features that can identify any attempts to cheat or circumvent security protocols. All of the On-line courses include a Face-to-Face workshop which must be attended and completed as part of the overall course structure. These Face-to-Face workshops are designed to assist the Learner and identify if the Student has absorbed the knowledge and skills from the course.

When can I access the On-line Learning ?

The course is available 24 hours - 365 days. All you need is access to the Internet and you are under way. This also means that you can do the course from Home, Work or even on Holidays !

How does the process work, in simple terms ?

You would contact Intercept and enrol, an e-mail will be sent to you with a password with which to log-on. ( At this stage you can change the password so you can remember it)

Once you have logged on, you can commence the course. All assessments are electronically available to your Assessor, who will communicate through the E-Learning system with you via private messaging. The system will supply virtually everything you need. ( Some courses may require the Student to purchase additional reference material to assist in completing the course)

How fast do I have to do the course ?

The course system is designed to allow self-paced learning. It would be expected that you would finish a course within the 12 month period from enrolment. (12 month Timeframe applicable to Nationally Recognised Training. Specialist Courses have no timeframes)
