PRE-REQUISITES
You must pass a Literacy and Numeracy Test. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to speak, read and write in English to an acceptable level.

- Develop and Update Hospitality Knowledge
- Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures
- Follow Health, Safety and Security Procedures
- Work in a Socially Diverse Environment
- Work with Colleagues and Customers
- Process Financial Transactions
- Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholic Beverages
- Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Provide Food and Beverage Service
- Provide a Link between Kitchen and Service Areas
- Operate a Bar
- Clean and Tidy Bar Areas
Required: Pens, Highlighter, Ruler, Spare Paper
Times: 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Daytime)
