PRE-REQUISITES

You must pass a Literacy and Numeracy Test. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to speak, read and write in English to an acceptable level.

• Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures
• Follow Health, Safety and Security Procedures
• Work in a Socially Diverse Environment
• Work with Colleagues and Customers
• Process Financial Transactions
• Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholic Beverages
• Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Provide Food and Beverage Service
• Provide a Link between Kitchen and Service Areas
• Operate a Bar
• Clean and Tidy Bar Areas

Required: Pens, Highlighter, Ruler, Spare Paper

Times: 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Daytime)
