Intercept Group was established in 1996 as Intercept Training and in 2004 became Intercept Group Pty Ltd, in line with the expansion of our products and services.
Intercept Training has experienced sustained growth and now offers training and assessment in Health Support Services - Aged Care - Home and Community Care - Children’s Services – Hospitality - Property Services - Asset Maintenance Cleaning Operations - Security Operations - Business Services - Work Health and Safety (WHS).
We focus on continuous learning and best practice by providing a combination of strong classroom, theory and industry practical experience. Students are engaged in innovative learning and development strategies, beneficial to employment opportunities and successful outcomes.
Training and Assessment is delivered on a National basis including Government Funded Traineeships in Health Support Services - Asset Maintenance - Aged Care, Children’s Services and Frontline Management.
Throughout our 16 years of operation, we have created strong relationships and have attained an outstanding reputation with students, clients and industry stakeholders, providing assistance to these organisations to identify and address their current and future training needs, consulting closely with industry stakeholders to contextualise training and assessment material.
Intercept prides itself on Customer Service and has won the Australian Achiever Award in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.
